Partner Program Policy

How commissions, payouts, and program rules work. We keep it simple and transparent.

Commission structure

Commissions are based on the actual project value and are released in two equal parts. This protects both Phoenix Consultant and our partners: you are rewarded as the client pays, not before.

1

Direct referral

Earn a 10% one-time commission on the project value for every client you refer directly.

2

Recurring retainers

Earn 5% recurring commission for 12 months on any monthly retainer agreements signed by your referrals.

Payout structure

Commissions are released in two equal instalments so that both Phoenix Consultant and our partners share project risk fairly.

1

First 50% released

50% of your commission is released after the client pays the initial deposit.

2

Final 50% released

The remaining 50% is released after the project is completed and the final client payment is received.

Attribution window

When someone clicks your referral link, a tracking cookie is placed in their browser. If they sign a contract within 90 days, the referral is attributed to you.

Program rules

Prohibited activities

Self referral

You may not refer yourself, your own company, or entities you control.

Spam

Unsolicited bulk email, messages, or calls are not allowed.

Misleading promotion

Do not make false claims about pricing, capabilities, or guarantees.

Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership with 30 days written notice. Violations of the prohibited activities may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of pending commissions.

General notes

  • Released commissions are paid after admin review and approval.
  • If a client project is cancelled or refunded before full payment, only the portion actually paid by the client counts toward your commission.
  • Referral commissions follow the same split rule for each partner in the chain.
